Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty Active, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances) Excellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
