Alliance for wellness is looking to hire exceptional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) for Oxnard and Camarillo partner hospitals! Alliance for Wellness is a well-established psychiatric group serving the Southern California area. Our healthcare organization provides comprehensive psychiatric services across a wide spectrum of healthcare settings. We are rapidly expanding our services and are looking for adept, compassionate, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with an advanced degree for Psychiatric Nurse (PMHNP-BC) License to practice in California as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner including 2N, 2N DEA license. Have experience working with SPMI or chemical dependence populations. Experience working in an acute care setting is a plus. At least 2 years working experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required for credentialing purposes.

Responsibilities :

Conduct Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation Provide 1:1 Medication management; and psychiatric assessments. Documentation in EMR Provide psychiatric care under the advice and support of a seasoned Psychiatrist. Work collaboratively with medical staff. Will mainly support our partner hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo.

WEEKEND Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday (time to be determined) This is a 1099 position with $85 hourly rate (negotiable) - observed holidays will be $87 per hour.
