We are an established primary care/sports medicine practice that has been in Rocklin, California for over 30 years. Located near Sacramento Valley, we are 1.5 hours away from San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean to the west, and 1 hour away from the snowy mountains of Lake Tahoe. Rocklin is a family-oriented community offering numerous restaurants and shopping centers as well as parks and trails. We offer the ability to build your patient panel and participate in long-term continuity of care as well as same day urgent visits.
