Opportunity Details Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality primary care for the underserved communities of San Diego County. Position Highlights Mission-driven primary care role serving a diverse, underserved patient population across San Diego County Predictable, family-friendly schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (closed for lunch 12pm-1pm) Very minimal call schedule, only once or twice a week a year Outpatient setting with strong support, focused on quality outcomes and cost-effective, compassionate care Position Benefits $165,000 - $195,000 full-time annual salary Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Up to $50,000 in annual incentives Free malpractice insurance CME credit and time off NHSC loan repayment eligibility Retirement plan with 50% employer match Paid time off, extended sick leave, and paid holidays Medical / dental / vision / FSA / life insurance Relocation assistance Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience providing primary care in an outpatient setting Current, unrestricted license to practice in the State of California Active DEA license Experience with underserved, low-income, or homeless community members (preferred) Second-language fluency (desired, not required) Must keep all required medical credentials active and in good standing Facility & Address Family Health Centers of San Diego San Diego
