Nurse Practitioner, MSN-FNP Aspire Medical Weight Control Canyon Country, CA Job Details Part-time $75 - $80 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Nursing Diagnostic evaluation Weight loss Nurse Practitioner (NP) DEA License Advanced practice provider Full Job Description We are a Medically supervised weight loss clinic currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner. Our customized weight loss programs for our patients include prescribed appetite suppressants, GLP-1 injections, natural supplements, lipotropic injections, Botox and meal replacements. We also educate our patients about our weight loss program helping them to understand their body types and learn how to make healthy choices. Our staff is dedicated to our patients and strive to make them feel motivated, encouraged and empowered. The qualified candidate must have current license to practice in California, furnishing number and current active DEA. This individual should have good speaking skills and be personable.
Job Duties to include:
Assess new and returning patients performing a Good Faith Exam Obtain, review and document patients medical history Prescribe Medication as needed (appetite suppressants, GLP-1 injections, natural supplements, lipotropic injections) Order labs as needed Educate patients about program options, provide educational material for patients Answer patients questions, counsel on nutrition Maintain medical records, document charts, and consult with M.D. as needed Maintain company standards of patient care And most importantly be Professional and Compassionate We will give you all of the appropriate training you will need to be successful in this weight management position. Botox and fillers experience is a plus and highly desirable.
Pay:
$75.00 - $80.00 per hour
