Main clinic in Santa Rosa (single-site coverage)

Ideally Fridays , with potential for additional flexibility based on mutual needs

Clinic Hours:

10:00 AM 6:00

PM Patient Volume:

Approximately follow-up patients per day

Visit Types:

Primarily follow-up appointments ( minute time slots)

Outpatient allergy & asthma care This role is ideal for a provider seeking a predictable schedule with a focus on efficient, high-quality follow-up care rather than complex or time-intensive visits. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and respiratory conditions Conduct follow-up visits, adjust treatment plans, and monitor patient progress Provide patient education on disease management and prevention strategies Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic flow and patient satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Board-Certified NP or PA Active California license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting Compensation Competitive and flexible , based on experience and compensation model Structured to align with current market rates Open to Locum or Part time Employed providers
