Full Job Description Provenir Healthcare is seeking a Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outpatient occupational medicine team in Sunnyvale, FL . This role involves delivering comprehensive healthcare services tailored to occupational health settings, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through thorough assessments, treatment plans, and health management strategies. Monday-Friday ; 8a-5p No weekends/on call/evenings/overnights or holidays $140/hr
Float :
Base is Sunnyvale, but may be required to float to San Jose and the South Bay area Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient occupational medicine clinic Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform pre-employment, DOT, and fit-for-duty physical exams Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, suturing, wound care etc.) Requirements Current licensure as an NP or PA-C with appropriate state certification Prior OccMed, Urgent Care or outpatient clinic experience preferred Board Certified
