This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for strong mentorship, procedural training, long-term career growth, and exceptional work-life balance within a collaborative private practice environment. This position is ideal for someone who values long-term professional development and wants to become highly skilled in a specialty procedure-based practice. Position Overview The APP will work primarily in our Visalia clinic location while also participating in scheduled call coverage days at Adventist Health Tulare. Our providers enjoy a positive office culture, strong physician support, and a gradual onboarding process designed to build confidence and clinical excellence. Training & Mentorship We are committed to investing heavily in the right candidate and providing comprehensive specialty training.Our onboarding program includes:
Structured mentorship, training, and ongoing physician support First 3 months of training Weekly provider-led didactic presentations CME support to attend national conferences Gradual patient ramp-up to ensure competent and compassionate care Hands-on procedural training with increasing autonomy over time Previous ENT experience is not required . We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, work ethic, adaptability, and long-term commitment. Compensation & Growth Competitive starting compensation during training and credentialing period Income potential exceeds $150,000 annually once fully credentialed and through the initial training period (typically 3-6 months) Salary increase to approximately $175,000 annually when independently managing approximately 35 patients per day during 10-hour clinic shifts (average 15-minute visits) This productivity milestone is commonly achieved within approximately 12-18 months Income potential exceeds $200,000 annually after approximately 3 years with continued growth and procedural proficiency We believe strongly in investing in our providers upfront through extensive training, mentorship, and support. Because of the significant time and resources dedicated to training, we are seeking candidates interested in a long-term professional home and career growth within our practice. This opportunity may not be the best fit for candidates seeking maximum compensation immediately upon hire.
