Job Description A West Sacramento based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join an FQHC community health practice. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages. Applicants should have 3 years of experience to apply and have experience in family medicine and basic women s health.
