Fully Onsite About Us Headlands Addiction Treatment Services is a leading provider of addiction medicine and psychiatric services to residential and outpatient treatment programs. Our mission is to elevate standards of care through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate service to historically underserved populations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide onsite psychiatric and addiction-related medical services at partnered treatment programs in the Colorado Springs area. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medical assessments, and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders Provide medication management, including MAT when appropriate Support withdrawal management services within scope of practice Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices Schedule 20-25 hours per week Weekday or Weekend availability preferred Schedule may vary slightly based on facility needs Required Qualifications Active Colorado NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Board certification (NP or PA-C) Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Strong clinical judgment and independent workflow management skills Experience with EMR systems Ability to work fully onsite in Colorado Springs Preferred Qualifications Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health Experience with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) Comfort working in residential or outpatient treatment settingsBenefits:
