Job Description

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant About us Colorado HomeDoc is at the forefront of healthcare providing primary care to patients in skilled nursing and longterm care facilities. Nurse practitioners or physician assistants will provide care to patients in nursing facilities alongside physicians at each facility. Call hours for Nurse Practitoners/Physician assistants are from 8-5 each day with no nights, weekends or holiday call. You will have control over your own schedule and pace. We pride ourselves on supporting healthcare providers in every way allowing them to provide the highest quality of care to patients who need it the most. We place patients and our providers at the center of our company. Our mission is to provide patients with the resources that they need to heal, stay well, and live the best life possible.

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
