We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to serve as both: Primary Clinical Provider Nursing Director / Clinical Lead This role is ideal for an experienced NP who is passionate about women's health, hormone optimization, metabolic wellness, and preventative care. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and excited about helping shape a growing modern clinic from the ground up. Schedule This role is designed around a collaborative 4-day clinical workweek with alternating weekend coverage shared between leadership and providers. Clinic hours will primarily operate Tuesday-Friday, with rotating Saturday wellness clinic availability to support patient flexibility and sustainable provider schedules. Responsibilities Help develop and guide clinical systems, protocols, and patient experience standards Perform comprehensive hormone and wellness assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT/BHRT) Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 medications and metabolic therapies Interpret labs and adjust treatment protocols Support women through perimenopause and menopause transitions Educate patients clearly and compassionately Collaborate with RN owner and support staff Deliver exceptional long-term patient care and relationship-based medicine Collaborative Leadership Environment We are looking for a provider who is excited to collaborate, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of modern midlife care alongside an engaged founder and leadership team.
