What Makes Square One Health Different Most clinics do one thing. We do three under one roof — chiropractic, physical medicine/physical therapy, and regenerative medicine — which means our patients get a coordinated, integrated treatment plan instead of being shuffled between providers who never talk to each other. What You'll Do You'll assess, advise, and treat patients across:

• Regenerative medicine
• Physical medicine
• Physical therapy
• Medical weight loss A major focus of this role is regenerative medicine. We'll train you on ultrasound-guided injections — a clinical skill that most NPs do not have. You'll also handle new patient evaluations, treatment planning, trigger point and joint injections, functional exams, DME prescribing, and coordinating care with our chiropractors and rehab team. Who We're Looking For
• Active Colorado NP license (or eligible to obtain)
• A basic understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic and neurological testing — or the curiosity and drive to learn
• Open-minded, growth-oriented, and excited about integrative approaches to care

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:

  7:45 AM
• 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM
