An interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, case managers, and clinical leadership supports care delivery within this residential treatment environment. About the Facility Location The facility is located approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado. The surrounding region offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities, including ziplining, hiking, rafting, and water-based attractions. Visitors may also explore historic and cultural sites, guided food tours, and indoor activities such as escape rooms and climbing, providing options suited to varied interests. About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatric physician associate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults during Monday through Friday day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing an average caseload of 30-35 patients and seeing approximately 10-15 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and treatment planning for adults enrolled in detox and residential substance use treatment programs, with 1-2 admissions completed daily and weekly follow-up care provided for detox patients. The clinician will collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, and medical leadership as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Prescriptive authority is required, and call requirements are negotiable.
