FM Advanced Practice Provider openings in CO Located in Fairplay and Westcliffe Full-time; permanent Outpatient Seeking two (2) experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - one to join our clinic in Fairplay and one to join our clinic in Westcliffe. Both positions are full-time, clinic-based roles serving rural communities with a strong need for accessible, high-quality primary care. These are two opportunities to practice meaningful medicine in a setting where you can build relationships, work collaboratively and truly impact the health of the community.
