Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical services, including: Evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients of all ages Counseling and educating patients, families, and community members Coordinating referrals to specialty care and ensuring follow-up and continuity of care Documenting patient contacts and maintaining accurate medical records Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications per IHS formulary, and managing patient care plans Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to all infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Strong background in Family or Internal Medicine Experience providing care in outpatient settings, including adults and pediatrics Ability to prescribe medications following IHS guidelines and formulary Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
