Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Westminster, Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured inpatient setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule.
Compensation:
Up-to $165,000 annually, based on your experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses Manage medications and monitor patient progress Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Qualifications:
Active Colorado PMHNP or PA license and Active DEA Minimum 6 months to 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience (preferred) Ability to start as soon as credentialed, by 6/1 or within reasonable timeframe
Schedule:
7 days on / 7 days off 182 days off annually On-site position (non-remote) Benefits (W2 Employees): Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with employer matching Continuing Medical Education (CME) support
