LOOKING FOR
-Nurse Practitioner with "Autonomous Practice" medical license ONLY or -Fully licensed Medical Resident Physician & Attending Physician.
JOB TITLE
Consultative Disability Exams (Part-Time, Saturdays ONLY) We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with autonomous practice authority (no exceptions) or fully licensed Physician to perform consultative disability examinations in a structured outpatient setting. Role Overview Conduct focused history and physical exams to confirm previously documented conditions . No treatment, management, or new diagnoses required. A template is provided for efficient documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform H&Ps for pediatric and adult patients Confirm existing diagnoses ONLY Complete range of motion and musculoskeletal strength (0-5 grading) Assess and document neurological deficits Complete reports using a structured template Submit reports electronically within 7 days Schedule & Compensation Saturdays only , 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Patients every 30 minutes (3-12 per day) $60 per case (~$120/hour) Biweekly direct deposit 1099 independent contractor Practice Setting Modern facility with dedicated exam room Medical assistant support (vitals/intake) Collaborative healthcare environment Required Skills Strong H&P and documentation skills Ability to review medications Proficiency in musculoskeletal and neurological assessment Ability to perform Snellen vision testing and obtain vitals if needed (if MA calls out) Professional Expectations Responsive communication via text with management Ability to access secure systems (multi-factor authentication) Professional, courteous demeanor Timely communication and report submission Requirements Active NP license with autonomous practice authority Personal equipment: HIPAA-compliant laptop, stethoscope Additional Requirement Providers must refer a qualified replacement prior to departure Referral may be requested earlier if staffing needs arise
