Job Function:

Treat all ages. will be replacing APRN and physicians that are retiring or relocating out of area. Support MDs, but also can build up panel of patients. Will only work out of 1 outpatient clinic; no call for the APPs.

Mon-Fri:

Outpatient - 36 hours clinical hours a week. Can work either 4 or 5 days a week to get to 36 hours a week - Your Choice!

Job Requirements:

Immediate need and looking to start in 30-90 days. Must be BC. Will consider 1+ of exp. as a provider. CT license is required.
