Primary Care physician opportunity in Connecticut offering strong guaranteed compensation, uncapped bonuses, and a flexible 4-day work week option. Loan repayment support:

5 years at $15,000 per year. Uncapped wRVU bonus potential. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided. Minimal call:

phone-only, ~2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months. Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities for additional income. Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment. Practice alongside established, multi-provider care team with strong support staff including dedicated MA. Access to behavioral health, nurse care managers, and social work support.

with Dragon, patient portal, self-scheduling, and modern workflow tools. Efficient operations with engaged leadership and robust staffing model. Mentorship and orientation programs for onboarding and continued professional growth. Access to leadership development and CME through internal learning institutes. Join a collaborative team of 2 Primary Care physicians and 2 experienced APPs, with plans to add an additional physician. Embedded, on-site multidisciplinary services including LCSW (behavioral health), Physical Therapy, PharmD support, On-site lab and radiology.
