Position:

Mountainside is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our residential treatment team, supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role offers a structured, team-based environment with the unique benefit of a 4-day workweek, allowing for greater flexibility and balance.Schedule:
Full-Time:
8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 4 days per week • Option to structure schedule as a traditional 5-day workweek based on candidate preferenceWhat You'll Do:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management Prescribe and monitor medications, including MAT (buprenorphine, naltrexone) Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and medical leadership Support clients through stabilization and recovery Provide crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when neededQualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (PMHNP required) Active Connecticut APRN license DEA registration required Valid malpractice insurance policy required Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferredWhat We're Looking For:

The base salary for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.Why Join Mountainside:
