Job Description

Job post summary Northline Psychiatry is a growing, patient-centered in-network mental health practice in East Lyme, CT, dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive psychiatric care. We serve a diverse patient population across the Connecticut shoreline and prioritize evidence-based treatment, collaboration, and compassionate care. Job Description Provide 40 hours of clinical care per week in an outpatient psychiatric setting Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Perform ongoing medication management and monitor therapeutic effectiveness Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist, therapy team, and administrative staff Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication use Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with state regulations, scope of practice, and ethical standards Access to cutting-edge interventional treatments (TMS, Spravato) as the practice grows Monitor Spravato on site in our REMS-Certified Treatment Facility (training provided) Schedule & Availability Monday-Friday in office, 8:00 - 5:00 w/ 60min lunch No weekends, no on-call Qualifications Current and valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License within the state of Connecticut (or ability to obtain by start date) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC, ANCC) — or boards-eligible if recent graduate Prescriptive authority — supervising psychiatrist provided by Company as needed

$120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
