$140,000 - $160,000 per year Experienced Primary Care Provider Opportunity A well-established Adult Medicine practice in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients while working in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Required:

Minimum 8 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and evaluations Obtain and review medical histories Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing Develop and manage treatment plans Promote preventive care and disease prevention Educate patients regarding health maintenance and treatment options Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Minimum 8 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience Current Connecticut APRN or PA license, or ability to obtain licensure before start date Eligible to obtain DEA registration and Connecticut controlled substance registration Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred:

Experience in Adult Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, or Urgent Care Experience managing adult patient populations
