Oncology NP/PA - Medical Group

Our client, a respected Connecticut-based medical group, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support their hospital-based oncology program in Litchfield, CT. This is an exclusively outpatient role focused on direct patient care, including assessments, follow-ups, and treatment management. Job Function:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology patients in an outpatient ambulatory center. Oversee follow-up appointments and manage ongoing survivorship care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help build and expand a comprehensive cancer program. Serve as a key clinical provider, replacing a departing Physician Assistant and ensuring continuity of care.

Job Requirements:

Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), board certified. Oncology experience preferred. Active Connecticut (CT) license required.
