Position Overview The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care for patients with a variety of mental health needs. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, dependable, emotionally intelligent, and interested in being part of a collaborative team that is committed to building something sustainable and impactful. This role is best suited for someone who values patient care, professionalism, autonomy, and being part of a mission-driven practice. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments Provide medication management and follow-up care Develop individualized treatment plans Monitor symptoms, medication response, side effects, and treatment progress Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and wellness strategies Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with leadership and support staff to improve clinical workflows Participate in the development of systems that improve patient experience and quality of care Maintain professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards of care What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is not only a provider, but a builder. PMHNP DEA
license or eligibility to obtain one Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management Strong documentation and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions preferred Benefits and Incentives We value providers who help us grow, improve, and serve patients well.
