Responsibilities:
Work in 1 outpatient Medication Pain Management clinic setting just outside New Haven, CT. Provide Medication Pain Management care to chronic patients with sports medicine, failed surgery, osteoarthritis, neck, back, spine, orthopedic, occupational and other related injuries. Dispense medication to qualified pain patients. Collaborate with practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, clinical / non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and family. Use EMR in documenting patient care.
