NP Primary Care Float

Need is for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to handle walk-ins and primary care at a few different clinic locations in Fairfield County. Ages 14 and up and will handle triage, including phone calls and patient needs. Full time role with competitive salary.

Job Function:

Outpatient Float Pool FNP or ANP role Provides coverage for Walk-In Centers and Primary Care practices Located in Southern Fairfield County Manages and coordinates care for patients ages 14 and older Handles patient triage, including phone calls and clinical needs Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week Variable schedule with 8, 10, and 13-hour shifts, including up to three weekend shifts per month

Job Requirements:

Must be BC. Need a CT license. FNP or ANP with 1+ years of exp.
