Nurse Practitioner | APRN needed for a full-time, permanent position with an Internal Medicine practice just outside Norwich, Connecticut. Nurse Practitioners with prior Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience are preferred, though strong newer graduates NPs will be considered. Hiring as of 5/11/2026. Responsibilities:

Provide concierge Internal Medicine / Primary Care services to patients at 1 site - just outside Norwich, Connecticut. Coordinate with other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes. Manage acute and chronic conditions for Internal Medicine | Primary Care patients. Prescribe medication for patients as required or directed. Coordinate with specialists as needed. Provide occasional coverage for collaborating Physician. Some call required. Provide education to patients and family members when necessary. Days | Hours | Compensation |
