Responsibilities:

Provide simple follow up assessment to veterans. Establish and maintain your own clinic within our facility or in your own facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards. Build and nurture relationships with patients, fostering long-term loyalty and trust. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals, ensuring seamless and coordinated healthcare services. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote the growth of your practice. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.

Requirements:

Current and unrestricted licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington. Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, with a passion for building and growing a successful practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, staff, and community partners. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
