Independent Practice Opportunity for
Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners Location:
Foggy Bottom Clinic (Primary Location)
Additional Practice Options:
Tysons Corner, Alexandria, and Columbia Clinics We are seeking qualified and motivated Physicians (MD/DO), Physician Assistants (PA-C), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to establish and grow their own independent practice within our established clinical network. This opportunity is designed for healthcare providers who value professional autonomy, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to build a patient panel while benefiting from an established practice environment. Position Highlights Independent practice opportunity within the Foggy Bottom Clinic. Flexible work arrangements with the option to provide services at one or more of our locations in: Foggy Bottom Tysons Corner Alexandria Columbia Flexible scheduling, including full-time or part-time availability. Administrative and operational support available. Opportunity to build and maintain your own patient base. Clinical supervision and collaborative support available, when required, for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in accordance with applicable state regulations. Professional supervision and mentorship available for internationally trained physicians who are pursuing licensure or meeting state-specific practice requirements in Virginia or Maryland, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and credentialing requirements. Compensation Compensation is based on collected billings generated by the provider's clinical services. This model offers significant earning potential directly tied to productivity and collections. Minimum Qualifications Current and unrestricted professional license in the applicable state(s), when required for practice.
Physicians:
MD or DO degree with appropriate board eligibility/certification.
Physician Assistants:
Current PA certification and licensure.
Nurse Practitioners:
Current NP certification and licensure. International medical graduates and foreign-trained physicians seeking licensure in Virginia or Maryland are encouraged to apply. Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number ( US
GRADUATES
). Active Medicare Provider Number/PTAN enrollment, or eligibility to obtain one( US
GRADUATES
). Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with participating payers( US
GRADUATES
). Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence.
