Job Description

Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Delaware We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) with NICU experience to join a team at a Level IV NICU in Delaware. Requirements Must be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) no other certifications accepted (e.g., FNP, PNP, AGNP, ACNP) New grads welcome with a background in Nursing on the NICU, PICU, or PEDS ER Active license as an APRN (with or without prescriptive authority) Current AHA BLS certification Job Description Provide care for NICU patients Participate in daily rounds and manage neonatal intensive care patients Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Order labs and review neonatal care items (e.g., feeding, phototherapy, temperature stabilization) Complete timely documentation and contribute to departmental goals No on-call duties What is Offered Competitive base compensation and sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance Mortgage assistance & relocation packages Retirement plans: 403B with employer match and an additional 457B retirement savings plan Not-for-profit status eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Apply Now For confidential consideration, please apply below.
