Our clinic is designed to deliver highly specialized treatments in a private, medically supervised environment. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with direct laser tattoo removal experience to perform treatments, consultations, and help establish clinical protocols as we launch our first location. This is an opportunity to join a new venture at the ground level and play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical standards and patient experience as the business grows. The right candidate will have the ability to grow with the company and participate in the success of the business as we expand. Responsibilities Perform laser tattoo removal treatments using advanced laser technology Conduct consultations and skin assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on tattoo characteristics and skin type Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment records Ensure compliance with laser safety protocols and infection control standards Educate patients on treatment expectations and aftercare Assist in establishing clinical protocols and treatment workflows Support before-and-after treatment documentation Required Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Florida Direct experience performing laser tattoo removal treatments Experience using laser platforms for tattoo removal (picosecond platforms strongly preferred) Current
