Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Spine, Pain, and Neuro Care Join Symphony Spine, Pain, and Neuro Alliance as an Advanced Practice Provider and become a vital part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled professional to support our mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative and personalized treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations related to spine, pain, and neurological conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Perform procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education on condition management and prevention Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes Stay current with advancements in pain management, neurology, and spine care to incorporate best practices At Symphony Spine, Pain, and Neuro Alliance, we foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment that values professional growth and continuous learning. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
