Job Description

APRN (Health Clinic) - PT & FT The APRN position requires a clear and active license in the State of Florida. APRN, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist and under their protocol, has clinical responsibility for the client's treatment and staff's delivery of clinical services. The APRN is responsible for and provides direct psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge planning for individuals; provide consultation, as needed to other mental health professionals. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures. These staff members of the treatment team develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, managed care companies, families of individuals, and other professionals or community members who have an impact on those who we serve. This is a 100% direct service position that requires on call duties as well. About the Role As an APRN, you'll work closely with Psychiatrists to deliver direct psychiatric and medical care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. You'll oversee client care and staff service delivery, ensure adherence to high professional standards, and provide consultation to mental health professionals. This is a 100% direct service position with on-call responsibilities, offering the chance to build lasting connections with clients, families, and the community.
