Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Hiring Location(s):Hollywood, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and Panama City, FL Employment Type:
Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join established and dynamic neonatal teams at four premier locations across Florida. These roles offer the opportunity to practice in high-acuity environments, including Level III and Level IV NICUs , providing advanced care to critically ill newborns. Full-time NNPs in some locations rotate between multiple hospitals within close proximity (20-30 minutes apart), offering a diverse and collaborative work experience. If you're passionate about neonatal care and have the experience to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting — we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, advanced neonatal care in Level III/IV NICUs Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Attend high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures Participate in patient care planning, rounds, and family communication Work varied shifts including 24-hour, 10- 12• and 16-hour schedules depending on location Requirements (Must Meet ALL to Qualify): NNP Board Certification•FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing Current Florida APRN License•or willingness to obtain Minimum 2+ years of recent, hands-on NNP experience•RN experience does not count toward this requirement DEA License•must be obtained before start Not accepting new graduates or locums candidates

Proven experience in high-acuity NICUs, including Level IV Confident, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in team settings Willingness to rotate among multiple hospitals (as needed) Committed to delivering family-centered, evidence-based careCompensation & Benefits:
