Renew Pain and Wellness Center of South Florida is a modern, physician-led specialty clinic integrating interventional pain management, mental health care, ketamine therapy, infusion-based treatments, and regenerative wellness approaches within a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Our focus is to provide comprehensive, integrative care addressing pain, mental health, function, and overall patient well-being. Position Overview We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about mental health, patient care, and innovative treatment approaches. This role is primarily focused on psychiatric and ketamine-based care , with the opportunity to support broader pain and wellness services as the practice continues to grow. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assist with medication management when appropriate Monitor patients during ketamine IV infusions and intranasal (Spravato) treatments Perform patient assessments and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with the supervising physician on treatment plans and clinical protocols Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress Assist in developing and refining clinical workflows and treatment protocols Support expansion into integrative, wellness, and regenerative medicine services Maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance Qualifications The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and interested in working within a modern, evolving care model that blends mental health, pain management, and integrative medicine.
Requirements:
Active Florida APRN license PMHNP certification (preferred or strongly considered)
Preferred Experience:
Ketamine therapy and/or Spravato Psychiatric / mental health care Infusion-based therapies Background in ER, ICU, anesthesia, or critical care ACLS certification Interest in integrative and wellness-based medicine Working Hours This position offers flexible scheduling designed to support both clinic needs and provider availability within a growing practice environment. Part-time, per diem, or full-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and provider availability Opportunity to work on both physician and non-physician clinic days Skills Success in this role requires a balance of strong clinical ability, adaptability, and a genuine interest in patient-centered, integrative care.
