• Post-Acute Care Southeast Superior Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Jacksonville area.

This position offers a flexible weekday schedule, strong physician support, and a high level of autonomy within a growing regional medical group. Position Details 5 days weekly Weekday rounding Flexible scheduling Skilled nursing and assisted living facility setting Physician support readily available Compensation Expected compensation ranges from approximately $105,000

• 140,000 annually equivalent , depending on schedule commitment, and productivity.
