What You'll Do:

Provide personalized care plans focused on nutrition, weight management, and overall wellness Manage and monitor hormone replacement therapies and peptide protocols Prescribe and oversee GLP-1 and other evidence-based metabolic medications Educate and guide patients toward sustainable lifestyle changes Collaborate with a supportive team of health professionals in a patient-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

Licensed NP, PA-C, or equivalent midlevel provider Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, or metabolic health Comfortable prescribing and managing peptides, hormones, and GLP-1 medications Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with clinical trends
