Job Function:

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions, from routine concerns to complex illnesses. Prescribe medications, vaccinations, and treatments tailored to each patient's unique needs. Educate and counsel patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions. Build strong patient relationships while serving as a trusted healthcare advisor. Coordinate referrals and ensure seamless continuity of care when specialized services are needed. Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care at every interaction.

Job Requirements:

1 year of experience in Primary Care. Degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner studies. Must have passed the applicable Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Active and valid license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
