Mon-Thurs 0800-1700 Fri 0800-1300 ⸻ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our family medicine clinic as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a provider licensed to practice autonomously in Florida who is confident managing a wide range of primary care conditions across the lifespan. ⸻ Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida law
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient education and preventive care services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care ⸻ Qualifications
• Active Florida APRN license with Autonomous Practice designation
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Strong clinical decision-making and independent practice skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach Preferred Skills
• Experience with EMR systems (preferably Athena)
• Comfort managing chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
