• 06/25/26 to 07/31/26, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri Concierge-style practice 6-8 patients per day New clinic EMR
• EPIC Requirements for NP/PA Primary care role: Active FL license Active Board Certification Certifications
• ACLS and/or BLS 2 years of experience in primary care
