Job Description Summary:
The role you'll contribute: Provides comprehensive, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare services within an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves independent and collaborative practice in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic health conditions, health promotion, and disease prevention for a diverse patient population, all while upholding AdventHealth's mission and values.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Abilities in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice [Required] Strong interpersonal skills, excellent conflict resolution, and communication skills [Required] Leadership/mentorship/clinical resource skills [Required] Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects [Required] Excellent organization skills [Required] Skilled in providing age-appropriate education regarding care management interventions and illness adjustment issues [Required]
