In Person Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing primary care practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a consistent patient flow, and providing high-quality patient care. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Professional medical malpractice insurance is provided by the practice. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting Manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans Provide patient education and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Patient Volume 18-22 patients per day Mix of follow-up visits, chronic care management, annual wellness visits, and same-day acute visits Requirements Active Florida APRN or PA license Current board certification Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently with physician collaboration available Primary care experience preferred; new graduates may be considered Benefits Competitive compensation Medical malpractice coverage provided Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical team Interested candidates should submit their resume for consideration.
