We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become an integral part of our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practicing preventive medicine, and delivering comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient setting. $55 - $65 Per Hour ? Full-Time Schedule with No Weekends ? Optional Fridays Off for a 4-Day Work Week ? No After-Hours Call Responsibilities ? Malpractice Insurance Provided ? Established Patient Base ? Supportive Clinical and Administrative Team Patient Care Focus You will provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients ages 18 and older, with an emphasis on:- Preventive care and wellness visits
- Chronic disease management
- General medical evaluations
- Annual physicals
- Evidence-based screening and preventive health guidelines Our providers typically see approximately 16-20 patients per day, allowing sufficient time to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care while maintaining an efficient workflow. Ideal Candidate
- Licensed APRN or Physician Assistant in Florida
- Prior Primary Care experience preferred
- Comfortable managing approximately 20 patients per day
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual ability is not required Compensation & Benefits
