This is not a high-volume corporate dermatology position , and it is not designed for a APP seeking to build an independent patient panel . The APP will work closely with a board-certified dermatologist in a true collaborative model focused on excellent patient care, procedural dermatology, patient education, and practice growth. We are seeking someone who enjoys teamwork, values mentorship, and wants to build a long-term career within a private practice setting. What Makes This Position Different Direct daily collaboration with a board-certified dermatologist 4-day work week Physician-led model focused on quality of care No independent practice Opportunity to participate in medical, procedural, and teledermatology services Supportive private-practice environment Strong emphasis on patient experience and work-life balance Responsibilities Obtain patient histories and perform focused dermatologic evaluations Present patients and clinical findings to supervising dermatologist Assist with medical dermatology visits and procedures Perform delegated procedures within scope of practice and training Provide patient education and treatment counseling Assist with biopsy, pathology, and surgical workflows Support teledermatology and virtual care initiatives Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and patient experience Assist with follow-up care and treatment coordination Preferred 1-3 years of dermatology experience Spanish-speaking Interest in procedural dermatology Strong patient education skills Comfortable working in a closely supervised physician-led model Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for a APP who: Enjoys close physician collaboration Is interested in dermatology procedures Values quality patient care over volume Prefers a team-based private practice environment Is not seeking to maintain an independent patient panel
