Job Description
Job Summary Innerworks is seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a focus on hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and longevity care. This role is ideal for a clinician who values preventative, patient-centered medicine and wants to work at the forefront of innovative therapies that optimize health, vitality, and performance. The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients using evidence-based and progressive treatment modalities in a collaborative, wellness-focused environment. Innerworks is a forward-thinking health and wellness practice dedicated to optimizing human performance, longevity, and quality of life. We specialize in personalized care plans that integrate hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and advanced wellness strategies to help patients feel and function at their best. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic review Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and longevity medicine Monitor patient progress through follow-ups, lab interpretation, and treatment adjustments Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in the EMR Collaborate with the Innerworks clinical and wellness team to deliver an exceptional patient experience Stay current on advancements in hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and longevity science Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific; must be in good standing) Preferred Experience Prior experience in hormone optimization or wellness/anti-aging medicine Knowledge of peptides, regenerative therapies, or functional medicine approaches Experience interpreting advanced lab panels Cash-based or concierge medicine experience Board certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP, or similar preferred) Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine, or longevity medicine Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills Passion for preventative, functional, and integrative medicine Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Comfort with patient education, follow-up care, and relationship-based medicine
