40 Hours Per Week A-Line Staffing is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with recent primary care or urgent care experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, chronic disease management, health counseling, preventive care, and patient education. This position reports directly to the Practice Manager. ScheduleTraining Period Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts Two weeks of onboarding and training Regular Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week Every other weekend required Possible holiday rotation based on business needs Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care Manage acute and chronic health conditions Conduct routine physical exams and preventive health screenings Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Document all patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record system Participate in chronic disease management and population health initiatives Verify insurance information and incorporate coverage considerations into treatment plans Support clinic operations including: Opening and closing procedures Inventory management Patient follow-up Payment collection Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment Required QualificationsEducation Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification Active Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) License Experience Minimum one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in: Family Practice Primary Care Urgent Care Required Skills Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures Excellent communication and patient education abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and autonomously Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Required Submission Documents Candidates must submit the following: Updated Resume Active Florida APRN License Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC only) Screenshot of APRN License Screenshot of BLS Certification Completed Candidate Questionnaire Candidate Questionnaire (Required) Please include answers to the following questions on your resume or submission: Do you currently hold an active Florida

Additional Information This is a safety-sensitive position. DEA registration application may be required during onboarding. Candidates without recent Primary Care, Family Practice, or Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner experience will not be considered.
