Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient)

Our client is a behavioral health organization that provides quality care for patients experiencing an acute mental, emotional, or substance use crisis.
The Position:
Our client is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits: $110,000•$130,000+ Depending on Experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 15 days of
PTO + 10

Requirements:
Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Active Florida license Two years of experience working as a PMHNP preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Monday•Friday (8:00 AM•5:00 PM) Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations as required Perform medication checks, evaluating the need for and appropriateness of medication, evaluating progress on medication, and assessing presence of side effects Complete documentation in a timely manner and include all pertinent information relating to clients and their care Provide adequate education to clients so they can provide fully informed consent for treatment Provide appropriate and adequate treatment to clients with the ideal result being remission of psychiatric symptoms Accomplish individual goals set forth in previous evaluation Adhere to legal requirements and be knowledgeable about agency and professional reporting, confidentiality, and code of ethics Additional responsibilities may be required Please Apply or Send Resume to Justin@theipgteam.com
