Job Description:

I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join me on a per diem (PRN) basis for the weekdays and most weekends. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for providers seeking work-life balance and additional income while delivering high-quality patient care. The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients in rehabilitation and post-acute settings.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Manage acute and chronic conditions related to physical medicine and rehabilitation Provide pain management and functional improvement strategies Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or related) or Physician's Assistant Experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, pain management, or post-acute care preferred but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
