Our practice is designed to provide a welcoming, family-centered environment where children, teens, and their caregivers feel safe, supported, and understood. Our facility is thoughtfully designed with children in mind, creating a calm and engaging atmosphere that helps reduce anxiety and supports positive therapeutic experiences. We work closely with families, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. We are seeking an experienced Physician Associate (PA) and/or Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about working in a private practice setting focused on children and adolescents. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing with a high degree of clinical autonomy. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in children and adolescents Prescribe and manage medications for psychiatric conditions Provide individual and family-focused care Conduct physical assessments and order labs as needed Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly Ideal Candidate Experienced in child and adolescent psychiatry Comfortable working in a private practice environment Strong interpersonal and family communication skills Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with pediatric populations Committed to high-quality, relationship-based care Qualifications Licensed Physician Associate (PA-C) and/or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active state license and DEA (or eligibility) Previous pediatric or behavioral health experience preferred
